Castle Street

The biggest challenge of this project was the basement dig-out. The existing house had to be propped while digging was taking place but due to unstable ground conditions we had to dig out a lot more then expected to reach solid ground.

On the main living level we created a new open plan lounge and living area which opened up onto hard wood deck area. There were also 2 bathroom renvations with one being a newly created ensuite with walk in robe in the master bedroom.

Downstairs we created additional living space for their teenage children and also a laundry area. This living space again opened up with bi-fold doors onto a newly created hardwood deck.
