Bayswater Renovation

We were working with a client whose growing family needed more space. By extending their ex-state house both at the front and rear, we were able to create a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a sun-drenched central courtyard. The two covered deck areas allow for comfortable outdoor living in all weather conditions. Additionally, the combination of polished concrete and existing hardwood floors beautifully showcases both the new and the old elements of the home.
