Kingsland Renovation / Extension

This Kingsland villa renovation was a fantastic project. The large site was ideal for a spacious double-storey side extension, and the three rear pavilions now provide beautiful indoor-outdoor flow.

The site presented some challenges, including extensive rock breaking due to its location in Kingsland. However, the end result is perfect for entertaining, with a large covered rear deck and double internal access garage
