Grey Lynn, Williamson Ave. Renovation & Extension

The goal for this renovation was to restore the existing villa features but to add a modern extension to the rear of the house.  A new open plan kitchen and living area was created, opening to an outdoor deck which helped to modernised the back garden. Internally the bathrooms, bedrooms and second living area were also updated. This large extension and renovation of their home gave the clients with their teenage children the additional space they craved. All traditional features of the villa were kept but modernised to create a seamless flow from the old to the new.
