New Build - Remuera

This project certainly presented its fair share of challenges. The extensive set out and piling work required to prepare the site were particularly demanding. Despite these hurdles, the result is a striking multi-level home, built with a combination of concrete and steel piles, a timber substructure, and Formance insulated walls and roof panels. The Siberian Larch cladding complements the surroundings beautifully.
