Ponsonby Renovation & Extension

The goal for this renovation was to restore the existing villa features but to add an ultra-modern extension to the rear of the house. New modern open plan kitchen and living area was created and a single peak roof which created a covered outdoor deck and modernised the back garden. Internally the addition of an en-suite and walk in robe in the master gave the clients the additional space and luxury they craved.
