Our clients originally planned to renovate and extend their existing bungalow, but after careful consideration, they decided a new build would be a more suitable solution. Working with the talented team at Fabricate Architects, they embarked on creating a modern, spacious home that perfectly balances style and functionality.

From the outside, the house may seem modest, but its interior tells a different story, featuring four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and three versatile living areas. A highlight of this project is the open-plan kitchen and dining area, which seamlessly flows onto a deck overlooking the beautifully landscaped front lawn. To add an architectural twist, the sunken lounge—accessed via meticulously crafted, on-site poured concrete steps—provides a sense of depth and character.
